Hadari co-founder Melony Pederson was development project-manager for the Milgard Hall build through contractor selection, and a leader in the campus master plan study that determined long-term utilization and funding allocation.

Cottage Development
Sumner, WA
With a desire to add density in the city of Sumner, Hadari co-founders Melony and Jacki Pederson split a single property into two parcels, adding a single-family cottage development onto the second property, giving it a modern look and feel while being conscientious of sustainable materials and practices.

Hadari co-founder Courtney Barnard grew up in the residential and commercial property management world, following in her Italian immigrant grandparents' footsteps as they built and operated a myriad of residential duplexes and a Milwaukee supper club favorite - Southwoods. Creating spaces where people could live and break bread together has been a generational value for Courtney and her family.
